Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

Please review the following policies carefully.

BOOTIQUEM LLC will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases

1. Products Damaged.

BOOTIQUEM LLC offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

BOOTIQUEM LLC offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

2. Incorrect or Missing Products.

BOOTIQUEM LLC has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. BOOTIQUEM LLC will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, BOOTIQUEM LLC offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., BOOTIQUEM LLC offers a refund or resend.

3. Orders not Received.

BOOTIQUEM LLC will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. If customer do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

4. Unacceptable Disputes.

BOOTIQUEM LLC shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items, wrong size, wrong color or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

BOOTIQUEM LLC has a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are processed within 9-20 business days.

To start a return, you can contact us at green@bootiquem.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
